Annual Print Plan benefits are automatically applied to any qualifying order. The amount of savings is included in the Discounts line in the shopping cart.

3. Are Annual Print Plans renewed automatically each year?
Yes, your subscription to an Annual Print Plan will be automatically renewed each year. You can choose not to renew or update your payment method through the My Print Plan page. You will be notified before your plan is renewed.

4. How are Annual Print Plans different from Prepaid Print Plans?
With Prepaid Prints Plans, you are paying for a large number of prints in advance and typically restricted to specific print sizes. With an Annual Print Plan, you can enjoy a discount on all print sizes —regardless of how many you order— for an entire year. In addition, you will enjoy a discount on collage posters. You pay for your prints and collage posters when you choose to order them.

5. Does the Annual Print Plan discount apply to Prepaid Print Plans?
No. Because Prepaid plans already offer a low price on prints, the discount does not apply to the purchase of prepaid plans or the redemption of prepaid prints.

10. What is the free Photo Book gift? Does it expire?
The Annual Print Plan includes a one-time gift, a free 20-page 8x11 Photo Book. You can choose any hardcover style and can add additional pages for a small charge. Your free Photo Book must be redeemed within 60 days of subscribing to the Annual Print Plan.

11. Can I combine Annual Print Plan discounts with other sales or promotions?
Many special offers can be combined with Annual Print Plan discounts. A few types of special offers, such as percentage discounts (including the Annual Print Plan discount), are restricted in use and cannot be combined in the same order. Our system will allow you to combine discounts that can be combined. If you are unable to combine particular discounts, please check the terms and conditions of the discount or special offer for details of their conditions, restrictions, and requirements.

14. Do I get 30% off of high quantity discounts for collage posters?
Yes. Our Shutterfly customers receive a discount on higher quantity orders for collage posters. You will qualify for an additional 30% savings on the already reduced price for higher quantity orders. More information can be found under collage posters.

15. Can I transfer an Annual Print Plan to another account?
No. Annual Print Plans are non-transferable.

16. Can I request a refund for an Annual Print Plan?
Annual Print Plans are covered by the Shutterfly Satisfaction Guarantee. You may cancel your subscription within thirty (30) days of registration if you have not placed any orders under that program. If you cancel your membership under these requirements, we will refund your full membership fee and any applicable taxes. After 30 days, or if you have placed any orders that received an Annual Print Plan discount, subscription fees are non-refundable.
