2. How are the discounts or savings applied?
Annual Savings Plan benefits are automatically applied to any qualifying order. The amount of savings is included in the Discounts line in the shopping cart.

3. Are Annual Savings Plans renewed automatically each year?
Yes, your subscription to an Annual Savings Plans will be automatically renewed each year. You can choose not to renew or update your payment method through the My Savings Plan page. You will be notified before your plan is renewed.

4. Can the Annual Shipping Plan be used with Prepaid Print Plans?
Yes. Orders including the redepmtion of prepaid prints are elible for free shipping.

5. What types of orders are included with the Annual Shipping Plan?
With the Annual Shipping Plan, you will receive free USPS First-Class Shipping on the first 100 orders shipped to the continental United States. Orders shipped to addresses outside of the continental United States—international destinations; Alaska; Hawaii; US territories, possessions, protectorates; APO or FPO addresses—are not eligible. Orders for Greeting Cards sent via the direct-mail option and orders from Pro Gallery accounts are also not included.

6. Are there any limits to how many orders I can ship for free with the Annual Shipping Plan?
Yes, the Annual Shipping Plan is limited to 100 shipments per year, which is more than enough for the average customer and could result in tremendous savings.

7. Are direct-mailed cards and international shipments included with the Annual Shipping Plan?
No. Direct-mailed cards are not elible for the Annual Shipping Plan and only the first 100 orders shipped to the continental United States are eligible.

8. Can I combine Annual Savings Plan discounts with other sales or promotions?
Many special offers can be combined with Annual Savings Plan discounts. A few types of special offers, such as percentage discounts (including the Annuals Savings Plan 30% discount), are restricted in use and cannot be combined in the same order. Our system will allow you to combine discounts that can be combined. If you are unable to combine particular discounts, please check the terms and conditions of the discount or special offer for details of their conditions, restrictions, and requirements.

9. Can I transfer an Annual Savings Plan to another account?
No. Annual Savings Plans are non-transferable.

10. Can I request a refund for an Annual Savings Plan?
Annual Savings Plans are covered by the Shutterfly Satisfaction Guarantee. You may cancel your subscription within thirty (30) days of registration if you have not placed any orders under that program. If you cancel your membership under these requirements, we will refund your full membership fee and any applicable taxes. After 30 days, or if you have placed any orders that received an Annual Savings Plan discount, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Your Annual Savings Plans benefits will be displayed on your My Shutterfly page, as well as the My special offers page.
