This promise covers any cards that have events with specific dates which have been impacted by the Covid-19 crisis, including wedding announcements, wedding invitations, save-the-dates, enclosure cards, response cards, bridal shower invitations, anniversary invitations, party invitations, birthday invitations, baby shower invitations, and dated graduation invitations and announcements.

Our Plan with Confidence program covers purchases placed from April 1, 2020 until December 31, 2022 as a way to offer our customers peace of mind in this time of uncertainty. We will re-evaluate the environment on December 31 ^st to potentially extend this program.

If you bought your dated card between March 30, 2019 and March 30, 2020, for an event after March 1, 2020 whose date has been impacted as a result of Covid-19, we are standing by to help you.
